Sri Norukku Theeni Spicy Thattai is a bolder take on the classic Tamil Nadu thattai. These crisp, flat discs are made with rice flour and channa dal flour, with garlic, ginger, curry leaves, sesame, ajwain and chilli for a spicy kick.
