At SNT FOODS, we prioritize freshness, hygiene, and food safety. Due to the consumable nature of snack products, we follow a limited return policy.

Eligible Cases (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product received is expired

  • You received an incorrect item

Conditions for Eligibility

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Order ID and proof of purchase are mandatory

  • Clear images or videos of the issue may be required for verification

⚠️ Returns will be processed only after approval from our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed snack items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders reported after 7 days from delivery

  • Freebies, promotional items, or gift cards

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (prepaid orders)

  • Customer’s bank account (COD orders)

You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank statement.

  • Contact your card issuer or bank (processing times vary).

Replacements

  • Replacements are issued only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • No replacements will be provided for opened or consumed items.

Gifts & Bulk Orders

Snack items ordered as gifts or in bulk follow the same return and refund policy.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

In approved cases, SNT FOODS will arrange reverse pickup or guide you through the process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our end.

Reverse pickup availability may vary based on location.
